Treaty Killers

The Treaty Killers were a non-aligned, quasi-religious cult, comprised of members of several different species, dedicated to eradicating both M'Tar and Na'arbi Treaties. Their main goal was to restart The Great War between the two powers. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "White Flag")
