The Starfleet Corps of Engineers was the Starfleet agency that dealt with engineering problems. They were also called Starfleet Engineering and Starfleet Engineering Corps.

Kwong Ju'an, Ethan Arden, and Antonio Fernandes all were members of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers at some point in their careers. They all were stationed at the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards in orbit of Mars. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Catalyst, Part One")

Starfleet Command were still launching Excelsior-class starships well into the 24th century. The Starfleet Corps of Engineers assembled the USS Prospect (NCC-60056) and her sister ships from spare spaceframes in response to the threats by the Cardassian Union and Tzenkethi Coalition. (Star Trek: The Prospect Chronicles)

In 2364, Ethan Arden was on a Starfleet Corps of Engineers mission aboard the USS McKinnon during its routine shakedown cruise when he worked with his former lover and McKinnon chief engineer Elizabeth Singh. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Perfect Girl")

IN 2369, Starfleet Command decided to refit the USS Cantabrian. Based at Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards, the Starfleet Corps of Engineers added several experimental technologies, including launch bays for two Titania-class scout ships and the HOLIE holographic system, and, in 2372, the Cantabrian was relaunched. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Catalyst, Part One")

In 2372, Milami Thall worked for the Starfleet Corps of Engineers in modifying Canaileus Prime for suitable habitation. After the devastating Myhr'an ground assault, Milami took up an offer on the assistant chief engineer position aboard the Cantabrian and moved her family there. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Oh, What a Lovely War")

In 2374, the Starfleet Corps of Engineers took control of the Dark Starship to research its technology. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "In the Still of the Night")
