For information relating to the Project Restoration in the Pendragon reality in Star Trek fanon, see Project Restoration.

In the Pendragon reality, Project Restoration was an initiative to replace the Deep Space 9 destroyed during the Battle of Deep Space 9 during the Federation Civil War in 2372. (Star Trek: Pendragon; Star Trek: Pendragon: Other Knights anthology: "Gravity")

A new Deep Space 9 was finished in 2379, ending Project Restoration. Former USS Prospect-A colleagues John Greene, Anne Tedesco, Kari Eriksson, Daniel Radke and Hahn Jun-Seok, along with the crews of the Prospect-A, USS Advantage, USS Hope, USS Cuxhaven, and USS Seoul, attended the new Deep Space 9's commissioning after Project Restoration finished. Radke also met USS Cantabrian commanding officer Noah Wrightson, whose crew were also attending, after the celebrations. Rafe Mahler and the crew of the USS Winterthur were also present.
