The Apollo-class was a type of Federation starship in the 24th century.
The USS Gage (NCC-11672) was an Apollo-class starship that participated in, and was destroyed during, the Battle of Wolf 359. (Star Trek: The Next Generation; Star Trek: Deep Space Nine)
